Member Registration

The Spring 2008 conference registration fee is included in the annual (July 1, 2007 - July 1, 2008) membership fee of $30.00 for all active KASRO members.  If you are not a current KASRO member complete the membership form prior to conference registration.  The conference will provide two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner and all refreshments breaks at no additional costs.

Vendor Registration

The Spring 2008 conference registration fee is included in the annual (July 1, 2007 - July 1, 2008) associate membership fee of $500.00.  If you are not a current associate member and wish to join us for the Spring Conference the vendor display/registration fee for attending the KASRO Spring 2008 Conference is $250.00 per agency.  If you wish to become a member prior to conference registration, complete the membership form. The conference will provide two breakfasts, one lunch, one dinner and all refreshments breaks at no additional costs.

Hotel Accommodations

General Butler State Resort Park is located in beautiful Carrollton, Kentucky.  The Park’s Lodge and Conference Center are located between Cincinnati, OH and Louisville, KY off Interstate 71.  For more information about General Butler State Park please visit www.parks.ky.gov.  

Accommodations have been reserved at General Butler State Resort Park as follows:

43 lodge rooms                                     $69.95 + tax per night
7 one bedroom cottages                      $114.95 + tax per night
4 two bedroom cottages                      $134.95 + tax per night
3 three bedroom cottages                   $169.95 + tax per night
      
Refer to the group name KASRO and make your reservations by calling 1-866-462-8853. All individual reservations must be made by 04/07/08.  Due to limited accommodations you are encouraged to make your reservations early.  Alternative accommodations may be made at Holiday  Inn at Carrolton, KY.
